Caples Lake Resort offers a tranquil and peaceful setting on the lake and is located 1 mile from Kirkwood Mountain Resort, famous for downhill & cross-country skiing. Year round activities include: fishing, hiking, snowshoeing, bicycling and simply sitting near the lake and reading a favorite book. The main lodge has 6 rooms, each with your own private bathroom and includes a light continental breakfast.

Also available are 7 cabins that can accommodate up to 6 people with full kitchens, linens and gas log fireplaces. We are proud to offer a rustic experience as an off-grid and green resort.
