Fills 64 mini-croissants

4 C COOKED CHOPPED CHICKEN = two roasted chickens

1 C MAYONAISE

1 TSP PAPRIKA

1 TSP “SEASONING SALT”  * 

BLACK PEPPER TO TASTE

1 1/2 C CRAISINS

1 C CHOPPED CELERY

1 C CRUMBLED BLUE CHEESE

1 C HALVED GREEN GRAPES

1 GREEN ONIONS, CHOPPED

1/2 C MINCED GREEN BELL PEPPER

1 C TOASTED CHOPPED AND TOASTED PECANS

 

* SEASONING SALT (BLEND ALL TOGHETHER AND STORE AIR TIGHT)

6 T SALT

1/2 TSP DRIED THYME

1/2 TSP MARJORAM

1/2 TSP GARLIC SALT OR POWDER

2 1/4 TSP PAPRIKA

1/4 TSP CURRY

1 TSP DRIED MUSTARD

1/4 TSP ONION POWDER

1/8 TSP DILL WEED

1/2 TSP CELERY SALT

 

Mix mayo, paprika, seasoning salt, and peper.  

Blend together Craisins, celery, bell pepper, onion, chicken and grapes.

Mix well and chill overnight.

Add nuts just before assembling sandwiches.
