Caramelized Onion & Goat Cheese Quiche
Makes 12 Servings
1/2 cup Caramelized Onion
1/4 cup Goat Cheese
1 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
1 1/2 cup Milk
6 Large Eggs
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Whisk together the heavy cream, milk, eggs, salt and pepper in medium bowl.
3. Pour the mixture evenly into muffin tin, put about a tablespoon of caramelized onion and goat cheese into each tin.
4. Set the quiche pan onto a sheet pan and bake in a water bath for about 40-45 min until you stab it with a toothpick and it comes out clean.
