2 eggs
¹/₃ cup shredded Colby cheese, plus additional for serving
1 teaspoon diced green chiles
Chopped fresh cilantro
Bacon bits
Sour cream, to serve

Press tortilla into the bottom of the dish. In a small bowl, mix together eggs, ⅓ cup of cheese and green chiles. Beat mixture well and pour over tortilla. Place a generous handful of additional cheese on top and sprinkle with bacon bits and cilantro. Bake 35 minutes, until cheese is melted and edge of tortilla is browned.
