Egg Dishes and Breakfast Entrees
Poached Egg(s) Nested on Sundried Tomato Potatoes & Bacon

Per Individual

One or two Jumbo Eggs

1/2 Tbs Sundried Tomatoes

1 Yukon Gold Potato

Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herbs

Crumbled Feta Cheese

Cracked fresh pepper

Lean Bacon

 1. Parboil small Potato
   2. Slice Potato into 1/4 inch rounds
   3. Drain Sundried tomatoes & herbs mix in with potatoes & saute until golden brown
   4. Place potatoes mixture on decorative plate & sprinkle with Feta Cheese
   5. Poach Egg 5 minutes
   6. Nest Egg on Potatoes
   7. Garnish with edible flowers
   8. Place lean bacon on plate
