Egg Dishes and Breakfast Entrees
Basic Egg & Cheese Souffle

2 cups shredded cheese (jack/cheddar or your choice)

6 – 7 slices of white bread, w/out the crust

12 eggs

2 cups milk

2 Tbsp. Melted butter (optional)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Add any variety of fresh vegetables, & Use different types of cheese

Use the addition of spices to spruce up your soufflé, i.e.  garlic powder, oregano, thyme, rosemary, etc.
