Cheddar Cheese Omelet

Makes 1 Serving

4 extra-large eggs
1 tablespoon butter
¼ cup creamy Havarti cheese, shredded
¼ cup sharp cheddar, shredded

Beat eggs very well in a small mixing bowl. Add a few shreds of havarti and cheddar cheese into beaten eggs. Melt butter in an omelet pan and pour in egg mixture. Cook eggs well on one side, then flip over to cook opposite side. Add cheese in the middle of eggs and fold in half. Serve on a serving plate and garnish on top with a few additional shreds of cheese.
