3 cups milk
1/2 cup honey
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt the 2 tablespoons butter in a 9” – 10” ovenproof skillet or round baking dish.
In a blender, mix all ingredients until well blended. Make sure there are no lumps of flour. You may need to scrape down sides of blender. Pour batter into prepared skillet or baking dish.
Bake 25 – 35 minutes, until golden brown and puffy.
- Add 2 ripe bananas to ingredients and blend together.
- Add ¾ cup applesauce to ingredients and blend together.
- Add 2 cup[s orange juice, plus 1 tbs of orange zest and 1 cup half and half instead of the 3 cups of milk
Yield: 8-10 slices
