5 to 6 Medium White Potatoes
1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash
1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
1 clove of garlic, peeled
1 to 2 Tbsp. Sweet Relish
1/2 cup White Onion, Finely Chopped
5 Strips of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup Real Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Fresh Parsley, chopped
Peel and cut potatoes into quarters.
Place into pot and cover with cold water.
Into water add:
½ tsp. Salt, 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash, ½ tsp. Ground Black Pepper, 1 clove peeled garlic.
Cook until tender.
When cooked, remove potatoes and lay on paper towels to cool. When cool, cut into cubes and place in bowl.
Add 1 to 2 Tbsp. Sweet relish, ½ cup finely chopped white onion, 5 strips of bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled), additional salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash to taste. Stir well.
Add 1 cup real mayonnaise and ½ cup chopped fresh parsley. Mix gently.
Cover bowl and refrigerate overnight before serving.
