Breads and Muffins
Cream Scones

Makes a dozen or so depending on how large you like your scones!

CREAM SCONES

30 ounces Pastry Flour

 

3 tablespoons Baking Powder

1/2 tablespoon Salt

8 ounces Sugar

32 fluid ounces Heavy Cream

1 tablespoon vanilla extract

10 ounces Dired Fruit, soaked in heavy cream

 

Mix cream and fruit

Mix Dry ingredients. Add cream and fruit.Mix until combined Egg wash. Sprinkle with sugar Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
