Our Signature Toasted Garlic and Gorgonzola Cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 1

1 oz     Butter

1 oz     Garlic

4 oz     Gorgonzola Cheese

½ oz    White Wine

¼ tsp   Olive Oil

½ tsp   Fresh Parsley

3 – 4    Thin Sliced Bread

Directions

Put 4oz Gorgonzola cheese in the broiler for approximately 3 minutes in an oven safe dish.  In a small sauté pan add olive oil and heat until just before it smokes.  Add garlic and stir until browned.  Add white wine immediately, then butter.  Combine and pour over melted cheese.  Serve with thin sliced bread or sourdough baguette.
